With a band name like "The Whelming Waters" maybe it was fate that we were asked to cover "When the Levee Breaks" at a battle of the bands. It may have gone very wrong for a band with two saxes and who occasionally turns if folky with a violin and mandolin, but something magical happened! We all knew we just had to get this one recorded while we were in the studio working on our original material.
